Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Finax mobile application (the "Service") operated by Aditya Divte Production, legally registered as Aditya Diwate ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Finax is provided as a tool to help landlords and property managers track properties, tenants, and rent payments. By using the app, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the application.

2. User Content and Data

• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data you enter into the application (e.g., rent amounts, tenant details).
• Data Responsibility: While Finax provides a local database and a Google Drive backup utility, we are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion caused by device failure or user error. We strongly recommend routinely utilizing the backup feature.

3. Privacy & Biometrics

Your privacy is important to us. Finax relies on your device's operating system to handle biometric authentication (fingerprint/face scanning). We do not have access to your raw biometric data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party services or integrate with third-party APIs (such as Google Drive for backups or WhatsApp for sharing receipts) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the app or the information, content, or materials included in the app. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aditya Divte Production, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
